About the role
- Welcoming visitors and managing the switchboard and central email inbox
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining the archive, and ensuring smooth daily office operations
- Ordering and managing office supplies and consumables
- Organizing, preparing and following up on meetings and meeting rooms
- Verifying invoices and supporting administrative and project-related tasks
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office management, office communication, hotel management) or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in office management, reception or an assistant role is an advantage
- Strong service orientation, friendly demeanor and confident communication skills
- Structured, reliable and independent working style, and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Highly team-oriented, responsible and enjoy a varied office environment
