About the role
- You actively contribute to the design, organization and support of our internal networking and development program.
- You further develop performance and feedback processes, thereby strengthening a sustainable performance and feedback culture.
- You plan and manage our future leadership development program — including content design and coordination of external partners.
- You design, conduct and analyze employee surveys to generate valuable insights for organizational development.
- You facilitate workshops and meetings related to personnel development.
- You develop concepts for talent and succession planning in close coordination with HR and management.
- You manage training administration — from planning and organization to coordinating internal and external training activities.
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
- Initial professional experience in personnel development or related projects.
- Enthusiasm for advancing modern HR topics and implementing innovative ideas in practice.
- Strong communication skills, a confident presence and experience working with different management levels.
- Creativity, a structured working style and the ability to combine conceptual thinking with pragmatic implementation.
- Willingness to travel within Germany.
