About the role
- Lead the sales/leasing team to peak performance and achieve sales goals
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and maximize closing ratios
- Achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy
- Respond to web leads and telephone inquiries
- Conduct site tours and effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents
- Lead motivational monthly leasing programs guided by goals
- Provide superior customer service to prospective residents
- Report to and work under the direction of the General Manager
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in sales or marketing in retail, multifamily, or hospitality
- Minimum two (2) years of luxury customer service
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to read and write English fluently
- Ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions
- Ability to interact with residents/guests in a luxury customer service manner
- Knowledge of Yardi and CRM
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
