About the role
- Demonstrate the value and benefits of client products or services through customer engagement
- Sell and/or renew contracts and articulate product/service value to customers
- Manage high volume outbound customer contacts via phone and email
- Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts
- Assess client requirements through product knowledge and technical understanding
- Address customer concerns/roadblocks and handle objections to retain or win customers
- Maintain CRM records and capture all relevant data
- Undertake sales motions including lead qualification, conversion, health checks, and renewals
- Work with team and report directly to a Sales Manager
Requirements
- Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements
- Ability to provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts
- Ability to initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
- Ability to manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain or win customers
- Experience managing high volume of customer contacts through phone and email (majority outbound)
- Experience maintaining customer management system (CRM) to ensure relevant data is captured
- Experience with lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and contract renewals
- Ability to work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager
- Hybrid work (in Winnersh 3 times a week)
