  • We're hiring a Solution Engineer to to introduce and educate on Axur’s product offerings, supporting our channel team and partners. This role is ideal for a strategic and customer-focused professional with deep experience in cybersecurity and channel sales. You'll be part of our Revenue team, identifying new opportunities, providing technical guidance, and ensuring our partners are equipped to succeed.   • A typical workday might include:
  • Introducing and educating Axur’s product offerings during national and international trade shows and at key customer account meetings to promote new and expanded business;
  • Partnering with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities as well as incremental sales opportunities within existing accounts;
  • As part of the solution engineering team, participating in proof of concept (PoC) creation, leading the technical solution evaluation portion in support of sales opportunities either directly or through channel partners for multiple POCs;
  • Presenting Axur’s vision to our customers' C-suite executives;
  • Providing technical guidance in the Discovery, Solution Evaluation, and Solution Proposal stages of the opportunity sales cycle;
  • Presenting on-stage demonstrations providing insight and context to our customers during key marketing events;
  • Either at Axur-sponsored industry events or partner-sponsored events, ensuring key demonstrations are delivered by you or a team member at demonstration booths;
  • Gathering, qualifying, and providing feedback from customers and channels to Product Management to improve Axur’s market share and meet the market needs;
  • Building best practices and sharing knowledge with the team to continuously develop and enhance both your personal and team capabilities;
  • Working with local Sales leadership to identify learning/development opportunities for you, your local team, and channels to maintain Axur’s leadership position in the market;
  • Creating and modifying Axur template presentations, in order to attend the specific demands of each customer;
  • Not only working with internal channel team, but also with partners, supporting their team with customers and being a technical point of contact for them (trusted advisor/technical coach);
  • Ensuring that the channel has the same knowledge capacity as Axur in all areas.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Solution Engineer or similar roles in a cybersecurity company, working with channel partners.
  • Experience with channel partners and a strong background in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Must reside in Mexico City.
  • Fluency in English.
