About the role
- Ensure smooth operation, administration, and optimization of Facility Management applications (CAFM, Access & Visitor Management, RoomZ, POS systems, and more)
- Oversee the lifecycle of SaaS and on-premises applications, from installation to upgrades and patch management
- Monitor application performance, availability, and security; proactively address issues and implement improvements
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
- Support integration of applications with other IT systems (e.g., HR, Finance, Building Automation)
- Maintain technical documentation and provide 2nd/3rd level support and training to key users

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Facility Management, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience (must-have)
- 3+ years of experience in application management, ideally with Facility Management or Building Automation systems (must-have)
- Experience with SaaS and on-premises applications (must-have)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills (must-have)
- Ideally, familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, middleware), basic scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python), and knowledge of Facility Management processes
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
