Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as an engineering people manager
  • 7+ years of experience in a top tier engineering organisation
  • Deep interest in AI
  • Experience mentoring and developing engineers across levels
  • Experience hiring engineers and building onboarding paths and promotion rubrics
  • Comfortable across the stack, systems design and human design
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous, fast-moving, global environments
  • Eligible to work in Australia without sponsorship (if based in Sydney)
