Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as an engineering people manager
- 7+ years of experience in a top tier engineering organisation
- Deep interest in AI
- Experience mentoring and developing engineers across levels
- Experience hiring engineers and building onboarding paths and promotion rubrics
- Comfortable across the stack, systems design and human design
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous, fast-moving, global environments
- Eligible to work in Australia without sponsorship (if based in Sydney)
