• Own the full sales cycle for enterprise prospects, from prospecting to closing deals

• Partner with our product and implementation teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding

• Write and send compelling outreach messages that reflect Lorikeet’s brand and values
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with research, calibration, and market insights
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and communication touchpoints throughout the candidate journey
• Track metrics and help refine recruiting processes for speed, fairness, and quality of experience

Founding Talent Sourcer – Coordinator

Growth Marketing

• Build and manage demand generation programs across paid ads (LinkedIn, Google, display, etc.), SEO, content marketing, and other channels to drive qualified pipeline
• Design and execute account-based marketing campaigns including prospect mapping, personalized outreach, warm introductions, and retargeting to engage target accounts
• Own marketing technology and automation including lead scoring, email nurture sequences, attribution tracking, and budget optimization across the stack
• Plan and execute events including digital and in-person formats like fireside chats, workshops, and community gatherings with end-to-end lead capture and follow-up
• Partner with sales and product marketing on pipeline planning, ICP refinement, messaging alignment, and smooth lead handoff processes
• Track and optimize full-funnel performance including campaign metrics, lead quality, conversion rates, and run continuous experiments to improve results

• Develop and own content strategy across all channels including website, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcast, and emerging platforms to build brand and drive pipeline
• Oversee end-to-end content production by writing briefs, developing copy, directing agency partners, and ensuring quality control on all finished assets across organic and paid channels
• Source and manage freelancers, agencies, and production partners to execute your vision while maintaining strategic direction and brand consistency
• Conduct customer research and interviews to uncover insights that inform strategy and shape compelling narratives from complex technical concepts
• Rapidly prototype and test new content formats and distribution strategies to discover what resonates, then scale what works
• Establish scalable content processes and systems including brand voice, visual guidelines, templates, and performance measurement to optimize based on data
