About the role

  • Shape the technical direction of the business
  • Develop opportunity pipelines and guide solution architecture for bids
  • Ensure engineering delivery aligns with customer needs and future growth

Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain Commonwealth Security Clearance
  • Hands-on experience with engineering tools like PLM, MRP, and simulation software
  • Hold an accredited (under the Washington Accord) bachelor’s degree in engineering or hold the recognised engineering qualifications to be eligible to obtain Professional Engineer category membership through a recognised body
  • Completed additional training in engineering/technical/management specialism
