1st point of contact for all internal and external customer enquires through the telephone and visitors to the Maidenhead Office; ensure enquiries passed to relevant person/department
Ownership of day-to-day office administrative activities: meeting room administration, incoming/outgoing business post and deliveries, support to Exec/SLT, food/drink orders, asset tagging management
Effective management of company car and van fleet: AVK car database, vehicle maintenance and servicing, accidents and repairs, pool cars, reporting
Assist the Facilities Manager to maintain a safe, clean, and organised office environment
Act as main point of contact for office-related queries and facility issues
Oversee office cleanliness and assist with COSHH (cleaning materials)
Weekly water flush (legionella) and record keeping
Enforce clear desk policies and monitor/manage visitor access and security procedures
Assist Senior Office Administrator with team flight/hotel/hire car bookings
Support company mobile phones administration activities
Support office supplies, stationery, and equipment orders
Support company client feedback questionnaire
Assist team with document management, filing and record-keeping
Other office administrative duties as requested by the business
