About the role
- Support internal teams with administrative and clerical tasks
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and customer communications
- Ensure timely data entry and record-keeping
- Deliver excellent customer service by phone, email, or in person
- Keep office systems organized and running smoothly
- Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve issues efficiently
- Seated, office-based role requiring sustained computer and phone work
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Requirements
- Prior experience in administrative support or customer service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Ability to stay focused, manage time, and meet deadlines
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Must be 18 years or older
