About the role

  • Rotate through key operational areas including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service during an eight-week structured training program
  • Transition into a supervisory role overseeing daily operations and sales functions after training
  • Ensure maximization of fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction and employee management
  • Receive mentorship to develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President
  • Lead teams to enhance financial profitability, operational efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with bachelor's degree OR associate's degree plus at least two years’ supervisory experience
  • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities
  • Work well in a team environment with a positive attitude
  • Make independent decisions
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work outdoors in weather conditions with moderate noise level
  • This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
