Develops the long-term sales pipeline and sets direction for business development to increase the company's market share in Workforce Management.
Balance strategic and tactical pursuits to optimize coverage and develop a predictable revenue stream.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the mid-market segment.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and optimize results.
Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive accountability.
Effectively use internal sales tools to maintain a healthy pipeline and account plans.
Collaborate across Avetta Teams to deliver a consistent approach to developing business, including account planning for end-to-end solutions.
Assess solution feasibility from a technical and business perspective to accurately qualify deals.
Ensure transparency and clear communication of sales performance and objectives.
Implement best practices for prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree; Advanced Degree or MBA a plus.
Demonstrated achievement quota, interface with diverse business customers at all levels.
7-10+ years of sales experience, 3-5 Years Sales Management Experience.
Prior selling experience includes multiple, diverse set of selling responsibilities.
Extensive experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
Strong understanding of the mid-market segment and its dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and drive results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
