• Conduct Desktop Safety Program (Manual Audit), Implementation, & Field QHSE Audits/Assessments where a review of a company’s QHSE programs, procedures, training documentation, or field execution of protocols is reviewed
• Gap assess contractor/supplier HSE management systems, programs, procedures and protocols based on services provided
• Apply general risk and hazard assessment methodology across a variety of industries that Avetta will service (e.g., Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, Communications, Facility Management, Construction, Mining, Aviation, Transportation, Marine/Maritime Operations, and Rail)
• Assist contractors/suppliers with closing gaps or deficiencies identified within the audit
• Ability to coach contractor/supplier with developing policies/procedures based on regulatory requirements
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Perform customer safety exposure and hazard verifications

QHSE Professional – Bilingual Spanish/English

Billing Specialist

• Process, review and issue a high volume of invoices and credit adjustments ensuring accuracy, timeliness and proper documentation.
• Perform data entry, validation, and reconciliation, including cross-system checks to maintain complete and accurate billing records.
• Execute month-end close activities, including reconciliations across billing and financial systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (customers, sales, customer service, account managers, and accounting) to ensure accurate subscription billing and proper revenue recognition.
• Manage billing inquiries and escalations via email, phone, Salesforce, and Jira, delivering timely, professional, and solution-oriented resolutions.
• Participate in Australian time zone meetings and contribute to project coordination efforts to proactively improve billing operations and efficiency.
• Utilize financial systems and tools (NetSuite, Onsite, Zuora) to support billing operations and process improvements.

• Develop and manage integrated customer engagement programs that drive retention, product adoption, and customer satisfaction across the customer lifecycle.
• Lead our customer advocacy program, including publishing customer case studies, testimonials, referrals, reference programs, and speaking opportunities that highlight how Avetta helps customers move from risk to readiness.
• Collaborate with content and brand teams to create compelling, outcome-based customer stories, videos, and testimonials that showcase measurable outcomes on operational performance, risk reduction, safety maturity, compliance, and business growth.
• Drive expansion marketing strategies (upsell and cross-sell) by building targeted campaigns, plays, messaging and enablement assets.
• Oversee our customer advisory board and play a pivotal role in Avetta Summits, turning them into hero stages for Ready to Work—curating agendas, customer speakers, and moments that reinforce Avetta’s role in building the largest, global work‑ready community.
• Lead reputation management efforts, including online third‑party review sites and campaigns that amplify authentic customer voices and strengthen trust in Avetta’s positioning.
• Define and manage customer marketing KPIs, including engagement, advocacy, expansion influence, and reputation metrics; build regular reporting and insights that connect customer marketing programs to pipeline, renewals, and growth.

Account Executive

• Drive new client acquisition by identifying and engaging enterprise prospects, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing strategies to generate business opportunities and grow Avetta’s sales pipeline.
• Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through presentations, negotiations, and signed agreements, while partnering with internal teams to ensure client needs are met every step of the way.
• Maintaining a weekly emphasis on business development initiatives to ensure consistent progress.
• Consistently deliver revenue goals by driving high-value deals while keeping a well-managed pipeline in Salesforce and provide clear, timely forecasts and insights to leadership to ensure visibility into sales performance.
• Work in partnership with an assigned Sales Development Representative to execute targeted prospecting strategies.
• Represent Avetta at industry trade shows to showcase our solutions and build relationships with prospective clients.
• Engaging in networking activities to foster relationships within the industry and promote Avetta's solutions.
• Conducting comprehensive Avetta Overview Presentations and Product Demonstrations online.
• This position requires regular travel to client sites within the assigned territory and key accounts to facilitate in-person meetings and strengthen client relationships. Travel is also required for all sales events, conferences, and other client-facing engagements.
• Providing essential support to new clients during the initial launch phase and throughout the first ninety days with Avetta, with a focus on maximizing revenue and ensuring client success.
• Actively participating in weekly 1-on-1 meetings and team calls to stay aligned with Avetta's goals and strategies.
• Possibility of attending additional trainings, meetings, and seminars as required.

SaaS Sales Account Executive – EMEA

Product Manager

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Avetta's Analytics & AI surface, balancing near-term delivery with long-term innovation, and representing the area in PI planning and cross-team dependency management.
• Drive the end-to-end client-facing analytics experience for enterprise hiring client personas: the dashboards, reports, and insights that make supplier readiness, risk, and compliance visible and actionable.
• Define and deliver Avetta's conversational analytics capabilities, including; NLQ to Insight, using natural language questions that return direct, data-grounded answers about supplier readiness, compliance, and risk.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Platform teams to evaluate and leverage AI infrastructure, including Snowflake Cortex capabilities or equivalent, to power conversational and generative analytics features.
• Serve as the product interface to analytics infrastructure teams, shaping semantic models and metrics layers; work with embedded visualization tooling (Sisense, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent) to deliver insight-driven experiences within the Avetta platform.
• Leverage AI tools and agents to accelerate your own PM work, including conducting market and competitive research, drafting solution capability narratives, synthesizing customer discovery findings, generating user story frameworks, and prototyping analytical use cases.
• Collaborate with the Analytics PO for refinement and sprint planning for the Analytics & AI scrum team using Aha! for roadmap and initiative planning, Jira for backlog and sprint management, and Figma for UX collaboration and design review.
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation teams to drive analytics adoption, surface product-market insights, and represent Avetta's Analytics & AI capabilities to enterprise clients.
