Marketing Analyst

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Marketing Leadership team by proactively providing accurate analysis with insights, communicate effectively, challenging leaders to think differently and becoming their go to resource
• Develop and maintain KPI packages to measure marketing and lead performance.
• Communicate actionable takeaways and insights from regular reporting
• Drive process improvement to help manage the data output from the marketing automation tool and in CRM
• Partner with key cross-functional groups within Marketing, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, and Product to plan, problem solve, and create efficiencies
• Utilize AI-driven technologies and methodologies to enhance analytics, reporting, and business insights
• Complete ad hoc analysis for marketing leadership and executives as needed.
