About the role
- Work with customers to plan, design, deploy, and configure Claroty’s solution to meet client objectives and requirements
- Act as the point of contact for all of the customers technical requirements
- Identify areas of improvement in products and services based on customer feedback, industry direction, and personal experience
- Develop artifacts and documentation to optimize services, increase product value, and create value for customers
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to customer success and service delivery
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services/Technical account management/Network Engineering
- Deep knowledge of IT networks
- Previous experience as a network architect - beneficial
- Experience with Operational Technologies (OT) and OT networks - a big plus
- CCNA/CCNP certification - a plus
- Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese - Advantage
- Understanding of general cybersecurity and networking principles
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
