• Develop and strengthen relationships with property owners through proactive communication, serving as the subject matter expert on their properties and markets.
• Analyze and optimize property performance by evaluating financial metrics, comparing underwriting to actual results, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues by working closely with internal teams and utilizing platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and other proprietary booking management systems.
• Identify and promote opportunities for additional services, including professional photography, interior design consultations, and marketing campaigns, to enhance property visibility and rental income.

Account Manager – Global

Analyst

• Support Strategic Initiatives: Support the Associate Director, Strategic Asset Management to manage analysis, reporting, and ad hoc projects for high-priority partnerships.
• Drive Tableau Reporting Excellence: Build, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports; identify opportunities for new reporting solutions; and lead change initiatives to improve visualization, accessibility, and insight delivery.
• Enhance Financial Insights: Analyze results, monitor variances, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies to management.
• Manage Property Performance: Oversee daily analysis of property-level financial performance, identifying opportunities and risks across key metrics.

• Seeking a Product Manager who thrives on full accountability and ownership of a problem space; hands-on with user interviews, SQL, prototyping, and cross-functional delivery.
• Own a problem end-to-end: understand users, map pain points, and deliver solutions that improve conversion, retention, or efficiency.
• Talk to users, build prototypes using AI/no-code tools (Cursor, v0, Bolt, Webflow, Figma) to validate ideas.
• Get into the data: write SQL, partner with Data, track KPIs, and build dashboards.
• Drive rapid experimentation (A/B, multivariate) with clear hypotheses and success metrics.

Solutions Engineer

• We’re seeking a Zendesk Solutions Engineer to own the configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of AvantStay’s Zendesk platform.
• Design workflows, build integrations, and deploy automations that make Guest Experience and Account Management teams more efficient and effective.
• Partner cross-functionally across GX, Ops, Product, and Engineering to ensure outstanding customer support at scale.
• Zendesk platform ownership: Support, Guide, Talk, Explore, and integrations.
• Design and maintain triggers, macros, SLAs, routing rules, and AI/automation features.
• Connect Zendesk to Slack, Linear, internal tools via APIs, middleware, and webhooks.
• Build dashboards, reports, and custom Explore datasets for KPIs (response times, CSAT, NPS, resolution rates).
• Lead implementation of CX AI strategy within Zendesk: chatbots, intelligent triage/routing, sentiment analysis, knowledge base recommendations.
• Establish change management, documentation, and role/permissions frameworks.
