About the role

  • AvantStay delivers exceptional, unique stays for group travelers in a tech-enabled millennial hospitality brand
  • Seeking a self-motivated Sales Executive responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and closing deals
  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities through cold outreach (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn Inmail, DMs, Messenger, etc.)
  • Run the prospect through end to end sales cycle
  • Focus on building relationships with HOAs, multifamily developments, and hotels
  • Build and foster relationships with real estate agents and brokerages
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Negotiate property management agreements
  • Assist in onboarding new prospects
  • Work with existing homeowners to retain home in portfolio
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
  • Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
  • Build and maintain professional networks
  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field
  • 3 years (min) of experience in a luxury short-term vacation rental sales is required
  • Real estate license is required
  • Self-motivated with results-driven approach
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Ability to create and deliver effective presentations
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
