Backend Engineer

• Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components
• Serve as the Technical Architect and enterprise SME, defining and owning architecture decisions for AI-driven Power Platform solution
• Demonstrate strong hands-on working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Agent Flows, and AI Builder
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Lead adoption of Generative AI, conversational AI, and intelligent automation aligned to business outcomes
• Develop best practices, governance standards, and reusable components to ensure consistency and compliance across the platform
