About the role
- Deliver digital promotional marketing campaigns for agency pharmaceutical clients
- Support Account Supervisor/Group Account Supervisor/Account Director in daily management of client work, including creation of work orders, change orders, project briefs, status reports, and conference reports
- Review project timelines with Project Management and follow up with internal departments to keep work moving
- Communicate effectively with assigned client contacts and frequently serve as client’s main day-to-day contact
- Support budget tracking, client billing, invoices, and financial trackers
- Foster strong relationships with project managers, copywriters, and art directors
- Attend market research, capture notes, and download team on trends and insights
- Contribute to problem resolution and possess agency process knowledge to anticipate issues
Requirements
- PHARMA AGENCY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3-5 years advertising agency Account Management experience (preference for pharma agency)
- BA/BS degree with coursework emphasis in marketing, communications, and/or advertising
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated excellence in attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to communicate directly and frequently with client with some autonomy
- Strong digital acumen
- MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) proficiency required
