About the role
- Reporting into the Deputy CISO, the Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a critical leadership role responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of all aspects related to the identification, authentication, and authorization of users within an organization.
- This executive will oversee the development, implementation, and operation of robust IAM frameworks, ensuring that information assets are protected while enabling the business to operate efficiently and securely.
- The role demands a forward-thinking leader who can anticipate and respond to evolving cyber threats, regulatory requirements, and business needs.
- The successful candidate will foster cross-functional partnerships, drive technology adoption, and champion a security-first culture across the enterprise.

- You will set yourself apart with: AWS Certifications Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP Hands-on engineering experience in the identity space
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Information Security, with at least 7 years in IAM leadership or senior management roles within large, complex organizations.
- Deep knowledge of modern IAM concepts, technologies, protocols, and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, AWS Cognito, Okta, Saviynt, CyberArk, etc.).
- Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale IAM solutions, both on-premises and in the cloud.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory and compliance drivers impacting IAM, including data privacy laws and industry standards.
- Exceptional team leadership, talent development, and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Relevant certifications highly preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIAM, CCSP, PMP).
- AWS Certifications
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP
- Hands-on engineering experience in the identity space
