• Accelerate Avōq’s growth across industries, sectors and issues
• Provide team leadership and emphasize empowerment and growth of team members
• Secure and support the generation or management of a $500K-1.25M portfolio of business annually
• Lead new business development efforts, including strategy development and management of pitch teams
• Create and lead high-impact strategies for clients and work with account teams to optimize impact and results
• Integrate research, creative, earned, social and paid media, and strategic planning services into communications strategies
• Design and manage client budgets and work plans to meet financial objectives
• Serve high-profile clients and act as a trusted advisor and innovative problem solver
