About the role
- Lead the Group monthly closing process and ensure accuracy, speed, and completeness in a data-driven environment
- Coordinate preparation and coordination of annual external audits across group structures
- Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS financial statements for a multi-entity group
- Tackle complex accounting issues and provide reliable reporting for management, investors, and capital markets
- Identify inefficiencies, design smarter workflows, and drive automation at scale
- Enhance and safeguard accounting processes and internal controls while keeping them efficient and pragmatic
- Partner with international finance colleagues, auditors, and senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic projects
Requirements
- Qualified accountant
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience managing audits and month-end closings independently
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and hands-on experience solving challenging accounting topics
- Comfortable with modern accounting systems, advanced Excel, and data handling
- Experience with automation and digital tools
- Passion for making processes smarter, leaner, and more efficient
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communicator and team player with low-ego attitude
- Fluent in English; German is a bonus
- Experience in complex, international environments
