Work closely with existing AutoStore partners to build deep relationships across different departments.
Maintain day-to-day relations and collaborate with partners to ensure best-in-class service and support.
Organize and orchestrate Pipeline Calls to gain in-depth knowledge of the partners' pipeline and progress.
Plan and execute Quarterly Business Reviews with partners at their facility or a feasible location.
Implement and execute the Partner Manager role in accordance with AutoStore Strategy and promote AutoStore as an ambassador for the partners.
Develop and maintain a strong, long-term relationship with partners.
Develop excellent customer relations, orchestrate technical engagement at a senior level, and support partners with customer visits and training as required.
Maintain the integrity of Customer Master Data and update the CRM tool according to procedures.
Requirements
4+ years of successful work in a partner sales or channel sales.
1+ year of experience selling in materials handling or logistics industry.
Proven track record in successfully demonstrating strong communication skills, including the ability to build relationships, influence others, and effectively translate technical information into non-technical language.
Highly accountable and results-oriented, with a practical and problem-solving approach.
Project management experience.
Experience coordinating with a third party integrator.
Experience managing large scale projects that involve multiple third party stakeholders.
Confidently handling objections.
Ability to work independently, with a strong business acumen and comfort in ambiguous situations.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Proficiency in Office and sales systems.
Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems.
