About the role

  • Work closely with existing AutoStore partners to build deep relationships across different departments.
  • Maintain day-to-day relations and collaborate with partners to ensure best-in-class service and support.
  • Organize and orchestrate Pipeline Calls to gain in-depth knowledge of the partners' pipeline and progress.
  • Plan and execute Quarterly Business Reviews with partners at their facility or a feasible location.
  • Implement and execute the Partner Manager role in accordance with AutoStore Strategy and promote AutoStore as an ambassador for the partners.
  • Develop and maintain a strong, long-term relationship with partners.
  • Develop excellent customer relations, orchestrate technical engagement at a senior level, and support partners with customer visits and training as required.
  • Maintain the integrity of Customer Master Data and update the CRM tool according to procedures.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of successful work in a partner sales or channel sales.
  • 1+ year of experience selling in materials handling or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record in successfully demonstrating strong communication skills, including the ability to build relationships, influence others, and effectively translate technical information into non-technical language.
  • Highly accountable and results-oriented, with a practical and problem-solving approach.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience coordinating with a third party integrator.
  • Experience managing large scale projects that involve multiple third party stakeholders.
  • Confidently handling objections.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong business acumen and comfort in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Office and sales systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems.
