About the role
- Prospecting new customers for AutoScout24 via phone and email.
- Managing existing customer relationships and helping them grow through personalized advice and support.
- Optimizing the online presence of clients and enhancing their sales performance.
- Recording actions and results in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaborating with Account Managers, Customer Care, and Sales Operations to maximize customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Energy and sales drive; results-oriented.
- Commercial skills and persistence to convince clients.
- Affinity with cars and the automotive sector is a plus.
- Experience in B2B or telesales is a plus; open to motivated beginners.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and/or French (English is a plus).
- Tech-savvy and familiar with digital tools; experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
