About the role
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads for the Canadian market
- Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximize ROI and efficiency
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing of ads and landing pages
- Collaborate with analytics, product, and content teams to align on campaign goals and performance
- Monitor market trends, explore new ad formats and channels, and test innovative growth tactics
- Report on performance and insights and provide strategic recommendations
- Scale paid search activities and drive high-quality traffic and leads to the platform
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with local market strategy
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, especially PPC/SEA
- Proven success managing Google and Microsoft Ads campaigns at scale
- Experience with Google vehicle ads or Google Shopping ads
- Experience managing large budgets and forecasting scenarios
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, Looker, or similar
- Programming skills such as Java or SQL are a plus
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
- Experience with international or North American markets is a big plus
- Self-driven, results-oriented, comfortable working in a dynamic, agile team
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
