• Own the roadmap and delivery of AutoRABIT’s next-generation OmniStudio toolset.
• Translate complex OmniStudio component models into intuitive release‑management experiences.
• Author and groom epics & user stories; obsess over acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
• Work side‑by‑side with Engineering, UX, Security, and Compliance.
• Partner with Solution Architects to design reference patterns that bridge Salesforce metadata with modern SaaS deployment primitives.

• Assist customers in demanding and complex development environments
• Learn new products and technologies quickly

• Own adoption, retention, expansion across our strategic U.S. customers for AutoRABIT’s product line.
• Lead a regional CSM organization and cross-functional motions that make Salesforce development faster while meeting enterprise-grade security, backup, and compliance requirements.
• Build and lead a high-output CS management layer; set territories, coverage models, capacity, hiring bar, and competency ladders for CSMs.
• Institutionalize value realization for Salesforce DevOps: release velocity, change failure rate, MTTR, and audit/compliance readiness; align use cases to additional product features and products.
• Oversee onboarding and value-acceleration programs with Services and Support; codify strategy playbooks for adoption of best practices.

QA Engineer

• Drive test automation strategy, frameworks, and execution to ensure high-quality, secure, and compliant products
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium with Java, Playwright with Java/JS, and Selenide for UI testing
• Develop and maintain API automation frameworks using Playwright, Postman, and Selenium

• Growth Strategy & Execution: Design and lead digital marketing campaigns across paid and SEO channels to generate qualified leads.
• Manage multi-touch nurture campaigns that engage prospects throughout the buyer journey.
