About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments across multiple business functions.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce using declarative tools including: Flows, Validation rules, Permission sets, Profiles and roles, Record types, Page layouts, Approval processes, Reports and dashboards.
- Support ongoing platform improvements and help identify opportunities to improve scalability, usability, and operational efficiency.
- Manage user provisioning, access controls, permission structures, and security best practices.
- Perform ongoing system maintenance including sandbox management, release testing, troubleshooting, and platform health monitoring.
- Collaborate with RevOps leadership and business stakeholders to support operational improvements and reduce manual processes.
- Assist in scoping requests and evaluating technical feasibility for enhancements and new initiatives.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational visibility and business decision-making.
- Monitor and improve CRM data quality, consistency, and completeness.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a SaaS or high-growth business environment.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required.
- Experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
- Advanced experience with declarative automation tools, particularly Salesforce Flow.
- Experience managing permissions, profiles, roles, sharing models, and user administration.
- Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and connected GTM applications.
- Good understanding of CRM data management, reporting, dashboards, and operational workflows.
- Familiarity with SOQL APIs, Sandbox management, and Deployment/change management processes.
- Basic Apex troubleshooting/debugging.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- (good English) Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, developers, and business stakeholders.
