About the role
- Manage an assigned territory and build relationships with workshop owners
- Introduce AUTODOC PRO’s modern platform
- Drive product adoption and identify adoption barriers
- Maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor to resolve issues
- Document all interactions in CRM systems
- Conduct daily on-site customer visits within the region
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in direct sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Natural ability to build relationships and gain customer trust
- Experience in the automotive industry or a related field is a plus
- Fluent German; additional languages are an advantage
- Self-motivated and comfortable with the freedom to approach customers independently
- Skilled at communicating the value of a product
- Valid Class B driver’s license
- Company car (for private use)
- Fuel card
