About the role
- You analyze and assess damage and defects on used cars based on photos, videos or repair estimates, taking our high quality standards into account, and work closely with our automotive workshops.
- Acting as a key communication interface, you coordinate between customers, internal teams and external service providers.
- Support your team as a technical advisor with your expertise, assist with technical queries, and actively contribute to the development of processes and solutions.
- With your solution-oriented approach and technical know‑how, you help ensure the Autohero buying experience remains consistently positive for our customers.
Requirements
- You have experience in the automotive sector, e.g. as a mechatronics technician, bodywork technician or vehicle service advisor.
- Ideally, you have initial professional experience in customer service and are a strong communicator who enjoys customer interaction.
- You work in a structured and independent manner and are a team player.
- Fluent German and confident use of Google tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) are expected; English skills are an advantage.
- You have a passion for cars and are willing to dive into new topics.
