• Build and maintain machine learning models and pipelines used in production

• Engage with senior-level decision makers to identify and pursue opportunities for growth within New Vertical accounts
• Drive renewal conversations within these accounts and ensure successful commercial retention of these key customers

• Steer complex pricing negotiations with key stakeholders to uncover procurement timelines, budgets and signatory process for contracts

• Lead the strategy and execution for how Attentive ingests, normalizes, and structures customers’ product catalog data to power intelligent recommendations and segmentation
• Partner with Data Science to define the roadmap for algorithmic recommendation strategies within messages and across channels
• Define targeting strategies that leverage customers’ affinity to products or categories for more personalized messaging
• Own all UI/UX features that help customers understand, configure, and test recommendations
• Craft and drive a multi-year strategy for recommendations
• Translate ambiguous customer needs and competitive signals into clear, prioritized roadmaps
• Partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, Design, and GTM to deliver high-impact features
