About the role
- Lead a team of Implementation Consultants for strategic customer launches
- Balance operational rigor, customer outcomes, and team development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Act as a point of escalation for executive-level customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Program Management at a SaaS or marketing technology company
- 1 - 3 years managing teams that deliver to enterprise/strategic accounts, or demonstrated leadership qualities
- Demonstrated success leading complex SaaS implementations involving integrations, data migrations, and marketing/retention technology
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, capable of engaging C-suite stakeholders at strategic brands
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, standardizing processes, and scaling enterprise delivery
- Experience in SMS, Email, or MarTech platforms strongly preferred
