About the role
- Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Configure and enforce security policies across all managed devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Intune and endpoint management.
- Maintain compliance standards and ensure all devices adhere to company policies.
- Collaborate with security teams to address potential threats and improve system efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the broader IT team.
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft updates and best practices.
- Work Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:30 (excluding Romanian holidays).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Strong understanding of security policies and compliance standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and Office 365.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell.
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
