About the role
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure environments.
- Administer Office 365 accounts, licenses, and services.
- Configure and manage Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and permissions.
- Ensure system security and compliance across platforms.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, digital signage, and POS systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Set up and manage printers and peripheral devices.
- Configure permissions and access controls for laptops and mobile devices.
- Travel to various company locations to provide on-site support.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with digital screens and POS systems.
- Perform general troubleshooting for network, application, and device issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft Azure
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Windows OS (client and server)
- Experience with hardware setup and troubleshooting (printers, laptops, digital screens, POS).
- Ability to travel to different sites as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred: 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Preferred: Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+, or similar.
- Preferred: Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- Preferred: Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
