About the role
- Coordinate end-to-end testing across multiple delivery teams
- Manage release and change processes throughout the development lifecycle
- Define and maintain testing and release standards
- Plan and oversee test execution, defect handling, and reporting
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to manage dependencies
Requirements
- Prior experience as a **Test Manager and/or Release Manager**
- Strong background in coordinating end-to-end testing in complex, multi-team environments
- Proven experience with release and change management
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and lifecycle management
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with a structured, quality-driven mindset
- Experience in large-scale enterprise or financial/consumer systems is a plus
