About the role

  • Define and implement test strategies and plans for various projects.
  • Coordinate and manage testing activities across squads and vendors.
  • Ensure proper test coverage and traceability of requirements.
  • Lead the adoption of automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Manage test environments and data preparation.
  • Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to support CI/CD pipelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Tricentis Tosca).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Advanced Level) (advantage).
  • Experience with performance and security testing (advantage).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, D365, DataBricks) (advantage).
  • Experience in banking or financial services domain (advantage).
