Analyst

• Configure and implement customer data, requirements, and workflows within the Atominvest platform
• Work alongside Implementation Managers to onboard customers, supporting data migration through UAT
• Analyse client datasets and fund structures
• Ensure a smooth, well-documented transition to ongoing customer lifecycle management
• Liaise with Product and Engineering on QA testing, bug fixes, integration issues, and data troubleshooting
• Handle support tickets and keep customers and investors updated on resolution progress
• Maintain technical documentation and the internal knowledge base

Implementation Analyst

• Configure and implement customer data, requirements, and workflows directly within the Atominvest platform
• Support Implementation Managers in onboarding customers, including data migration and UAT
• Analyse client datasets and fund structures
• Ensure a smooth, well-documented transition to ongoing customer lifecycle management
• Liaise with Product and Engineering on QA testing, bug fixes, integrations, and data issues
• Field support tickets and keep customers and investors updated on resolution progress

Implementation Specialist

• Own the full client lifecycle: discovery, solution design, configuration, data migration, integrations, UAT, training, go-live, and post-deployment success
• Act as the client's single day-to-day point of contact and the face of Atominvest
• Run structured discovery workshops and translate client fund structures, data models, and reporting requirements into implementation plans and platform configuration
• Design implementation plans covering sequencing, dependencies, resourcing, and technical approach
• Scope and discuss APIs, SFTP, and data-feed integrations with client technical teams
• Lead enterprise implementation programmes, managing timelines, dependencies, and senior stakeholder expectations
• Analyse client datasets, fund structures, and workflows to design and configure platform solutions
• Run executive business reviews with C-level contacts alongside Account Managers
• Proactively manage risks and customer health
• Coordinate feature rollouts, communicate impacts to clients, and manage operational risk during deployments
• Gather structured client feedback, influence product prioritisation, and own delivery of new features
• Deliver responsive, white-glove client support
• Build trust with client stakeholders throughout implementation and beyond
• Identify expansion opportunities based on clients' operating models and strategic goals

Implementation Manager

• End-to-end planning and delivery of webinars, conferences, sponsorships, and in-person events
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting (leads, engagement, ROI)
• Act as primary HubSpot administrator: manage workflows, lists, email campaigns, lead scoring, and data hygiene
• Build and send marketing emails and nurture sequences
• Support paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads
• Partner with internal subject-matter experts to source insight and turn it into content (articles, LinkedIn posts, case studies, newsletters)
• Own the organic social media calendar and posting, primarily LinkedIn
• Make routine website updates
