About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the full client lifecycle: discovery, solution design, configuration, data migration, integrations, UAT, training, go-live, and post-deployment success
Act as the client's single day-to-day point of contact and the face of Atominvest
Run structured discovery workshops and translate client fund structures, data models, and reporting requirements into implementation plans and platform configuration
Design implementation plans covering sequencing, dependencies, resourcing, and technical approach
Scope and discuss APIs, SFTP, and data-feed integrations with client technical teams
Lead enterprise implementation programmes, managing timelines, dependencies, and senior stakeholder expectations
Analyse client datasets, fund structures, and workflows to design and configure platform solutions
Run executive business reviews with C-level contacts alongside Account Managers
Proactively manage risks and customer health
Coordinate feature rollouts, communicate impacts to clients, and manage operational risk during deployments
Gather structured client feedback, influence product prioritisation, and own delivery of new features
Deliver responsive, white-glove client support
Build trust with client stakeholders throughout implementation and beyond
Identify expansion opportunities based on clients' operating models and strategic goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–6 years leading enterprise B2B SaaS implementations end-to-end, ideally in financial services or asset management
Strong working knowledge of private markets, including waterfalls, capital calls, and LP reporting requirements
Hands-on technical experience with APIs, data mapping, and integration concepts
Confidence scoping technical requirements directly with client IT or data teams
Proven experience running discovery workshops that produce concrete implementation plans
Highly analytical, with strong Excel skills and experience reconciling and migrating complex client datasets
Exceptional project management instincts, including dependency tracking, deadline ownership, and proactive communication
Ability to serve as the day-to-day vendor contact for sophisticated clients and guide senior stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, speed, and solution-oriented approach
Bonus: formal PM methodology such as PMP or PRINCE2
Bonus: experience with fund administration, PE/VC operations, or portfolio monitoring tools
