About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure and implement customer data, requirements, and workflows within the Atominvest platform
- Work alongside Implementation Managers to onboard customers, supporting data migration through UAT
- Analyse client datasets and fund structures
- Ensure a smooth, well-documented transition to ongoing customer lifecycle management
- Liaise with Product and Engineering on QA testing, bug fixes, integration issues, and data troubleshooting
- Handle support tickets and keep customers and investors updated on resolution progress
- Maintain technical documentation and the internal knowledge base
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) from a top-tier university
- Proven interest in private markets, or willingness to quickly learn fund structures and investor reporting fundamentals
- 0–2 years of work experience; consulting, investment banking, private equity, or fund administration experience is a plus
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data and technical data structures
- SQL or API exposure is a plus, not a requirement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Comfortable working with large, complex datasets
- Ability to prioritise tasks, communicate progress proactively, and meet established deadlines
- Team-oriented, eager to learn and share ideas, and motivated to grow into senior implementation or client-facing work
- Must have an unrestricted and permanent right to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable
