About the role
- Partner with sales teams on transformation deals in large, global accounts
- Engage and build relationships with customers at the C-level
- Participate in customer discovery to understand business problems
- Be a product expert of Atlassian software in the pre-sales process
- Lead value-based demonstrations
- Proactively forge strong partnerships with account executives
- Help lead cross-functional teams to best support the customer
- Advocate for product development internally by documenting and sharing product feedback
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience interacting with Fortune 100 customers in a pre-sales capacity
- Excellent communication and strong presentation skills to multi-level senior audiences
- Experience with the C-suite
- Creative problem solver who can interpret complex business problems
- Comfortable in both business and technical context
- Passionate about making customers and Atlassian successful.
