About the role
- Serve as the solution expert throughout the sales cycle
- Partner closely with Account Executives to drive technical aspects
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client needs
- Ask detailed questions to uncover critical information
- Design and propose tailored technical solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients
- Capture and synthesize technical feedback for product enhancements
Requirements
- Exposure to programming (Ruby/Rails preferred)
- Solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services
- Experience with version control systems like Git and the GitHub CLI
- Familiarity with SQL
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Extensive experience leading high-stakes client discussions and product demonstrations
- Strong organizational skills to manage technical follow-ups and resource delivery across multiple active opportunities
