Customer Success Manager

• Manage and optimize CRM workflows, configurations, and data integrity to support marketing and sales performance
• Build, deploy, and monitor campaigns and automated marketing journeys
• Develop audience segmentation and logic-based communication triggers that improve engagement and conversion
• Support the design and improvement of customer lifecycle journeys within the CRM

• Develop and execute a content strategy and editorial calendar that supports marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Write and edit engaging content for multiple platforms – including blog posts, email newsletters, social media updates, video scripts, and marketing collateral (digital and print).
• Ensure all copy maintains a consistent brand voice, tone, and style.
• Conduct discovery calls, interviews, and research to gather information for content.

• Work closely with designers, videographers, and marketing colleagues to develop cohesive campaigns.
• Ensure that visuals, videos, and other media elements complement and enhance the written content.
• Maintain and reinforce our brand’s voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all content.
• Ensure all materials meet company guidelines and any industry regulatory standards applicable to marketing communications.
