Build strong relationships with stakeholders across organisations (CDOs, Data Platform leaders, data engineers, analysts) to understand customer problems
Act as a trusted advisor for data teams on their journey to building a modern data platform
Share Atlan’s vision and principles of an agile data culture with the wider data community
Run customised demo flows, trials and POCs, office hours, and other activities to ensure customers can make informed adoption decisions
Capture customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to help shape the roadmap
Support strategic enterprise deals and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Requirements
Experience as a Sales Engineer, or as a Technical Data Practitioner in customer-facing roles (minimum 7 years)
Prior experience working with data technology
Proficiency in SQL and REST APIs
Programming experience in Python, Java, Go, or another language is a plus
Experience with Enterprise customers navigating complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
Strong analytical skills and creativity in finding solutions to customer challenges
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build alignment across diverse groups

Based remotely in the West or Central USA
