Product Analyst

• You’ll work directly with the BU leader to assess and gather requirements across the company, building agentic systems and experiences that democratize and empower leaders within Apps to make informed decisions.
• Analyze & Synthesize Data
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that cut across sales performance, product adoption, engineering efficiency, and customer solution usage.
• Conduct deep dives into product, connector, and app usage to highlight trends, opportunities, and gaps.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Enable Decision-Making
• Partner with business leaders to diagnose problems, uncover opportunities, and recommend solutions backed by data.
• Deliver timely analyses to support GTM planning, product strategy, and engineering prioritization.
• Gather requirements across cross-functional stakeholders and develop scalable, repeatable business processes that ensure our upstream data is capable of delivering quality outcomes.
• Build Scalable Systems
• Define and standardize key metrics across sales, product, and engineering.
• Automate recurring analyses, reporting, and data quality checks.
• Create frameworks to measure the impact of new product launches, connectors, and solutions.
• Build a talk-to-data solution to democratize data access in Product Management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Sales Engineering, Solutions, and Product teams to connect customer behavior with business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering to identify efficiency levers and highlight areas for improvement.

Support Engineer

• Be the technical backbone of our Support team — troubleshoot complex product, integration, and data stack issues for our customers.
• Reduce Engineering dependency by performing deep debugging and documenting clear, complete RCAs (root-cause analyses).
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to escalate issues and surface actionable insights.
• Contribute to process maturity — create reusable documentation, playbooks, and automation scripts that help scale support quality.
• Champion the customer experience — ensure every issue is resolved with speed, clarity, and empathy.
• Grow as a product and data expert — learn continuously across tools like Fivetran, Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and beyond.

Technical Support Engineer

Sales Engineer

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders inside organisations, from CDOs and Data Platform leaders to data engineers and analysts
• Serve as trusted advisor for data teams on their journey to building a modern data platform
• Evangelise Atlan and the principles of an agile data culture to the broader data community
• Set up customised demo flows, run trials and POCs, host office hours, and support customers through evaluations
• Be the eyes and ears on the ground, gathering customer feedback and working closely with the product team to influence the product roadmap
• Collaborate with the GTM and sales engineering teams to mature the SE function and drive adoption within major accounts

Senior Sales Engineer – Majors

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across organisations (CDOs, Data Platform leaders, data engineers, analysts) to understand customer problems
• Act as a trusted advisor for data teams on their journey to building a modern data platform
• Share Atlan’s vision and principles of an agile data culture with the wider data community
• Run customised demo flows, trials and POCs, office hours, and other activities to ensure customers can make informed adoption decisions
• Capture customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to help shape the roadmap
• Support strategic enterprise deals and multi-stakeholder sales cycles

• Lead the development of a secure, scalable platform for enterprise customers across industries like financial services and healthcare
• Solve complex challenges in metadata management, enabling reporting, analytics, and ML training
