About the role
- Support the delivery of the Transportation HSE Business Plan.
- Support the development of business plans and communication strategies.
- Work with project leadership to identify and review risk profiles.
- Provide operational support to teams as required.
- Monitor and close out incident reports.
- Share learning outcomes and escalate significant incidents.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of HSE regulatory requirements
- Experience of roles and responsibilities under CDM 2015
- Minimum of Certificate level relevant HSEW qualifications
- Recognised HSEW professional membership (e.g. IOSH or IIRSM)
- Experience of leading and supporting incident investigations
- Experience of working in a rail, highways and or local authority environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and Excel
