About the role
- Develop and execute integrated PR strategies to elevate brand visibility
- Manage external PR agency to secure high-value media coverage
- Identify thought leadership and speaking opportunities
- Develop and maintain crisis communication protocols and advise leadership
- Define success metrics for PR and AR, track and report media coverage
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Gartner, Forrester, and other analysts
- Develop and execute AR strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and strategy sessions
- Leverage analyst insights for product positioning and competitive strategy
- Manage deliverables for inclusion in analyst reports and rankings
Requirements
- BA in marketing, business, communications or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Public Relations, Analyst Relations, or combined communications role, preferably in tech/SaaS
- Previous experience working with Gartner is a must
- Proven ability to build relationships with Tier 1 media and top analyst firms
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and project management skills
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and comms with senior executive stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
