About the role

  • The IT Pre-Sales Consultant will be responsible for the technical strategy and technology contribution of solutions to customers, working on transformational initiatives and supporting the Sales team to win new accounts.
  • This professional will lead technical meetings and product/solution presentations, identifying needs and opportunities and proposing projects aligned with the solutions being sold.
  • They will also be responsible for evaluating and analyzing clients’ needs, recommending the solutions that best meet their strategic objectives.
  • Must stay continuously updated on new technologies and market trends, mastering the company’s technology portfolio.
  • Additionally, they will take part in the definition, planning, management and reporting of results for strategic projects to executive committees, ensuring alignment between technology, organizational targets and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree completed (Bachelor’s in IT or related fields).
  • MBA completed or in progress.
  • Essential:
  • - Previous experience in Pre-Sales, Customer Experience (CX) and/or Sales, with a focus on technical and systemic solutions;
  • - Experience in project management and team leadership;
  • - Experience in strategic planning, performance management and executive reporting;
  • - Experience with market technical systems and solutions;
  • - Technical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions;
  • - Knowledge of Systems Development, Platforms, Automations and advanced technologies;
  • - Willingness to travel.
  • Preferred:
  • - Technical/intermediate English and/or Spanish for presentations and negotiations with global clients (preferred).
