About the role

  • Orchestrate the BID process, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and structure technical proposals, especially for AI solutions, defining scope, architecture, deliverables, methodologies and differentiators.
  • Assess the technical and commercial feasibility of opportunities, recommending whether to participate in each bid.
  • Gather and document client requirements, supporting technical meetings to clarify doubts and define solutions.
  • Propose offer and service engineering aligned with the company’s portfolio, considering infrastructure, software, integrations, data and AI.
  • Manage proposal timelines, cadences, effort estimations with technical teams and status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and processes, and the timely submission and filing of proposals.
  • Develop clear solution documentation highlighting benefits, differentiators and success cases.
  • Work in partnership with the commercial team to align proposals with the sales strategy.
  • Participate in presentations, technical defenses, demonstrations, POCs and demos for clients, representing the company technically.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with APIs, system integration, data management, artificial intelligence, application modernization and AMS (Application Management Services).
  • Familiarity with IT services and digital transformation initiatives, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, modernization, N1/N2 (L1/L2) support services, DevOps and agile methodologies.
  • Strong planning skills, including schedule creation and task organization, especially for orchestrating BID processes.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate financial, legal and operational risks related to bids.
  • Experience with competitive bidding and procurement processes, including analysis and response to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, electronic auctions and public notices.
  • Creative thinking to propose innovative solutions, package engineering and alternative scenarios that address clients’ business challenges.
  • Solid understanding of cost structuring, pricing formation and economic feasibility of projects.
  • Ability to align solutions with business objectives, translating client needs into sustainable IT solutions with measurable financial return.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise technical proposals.
  • Ease in explaining technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client service orientation.
  • Collaborative mindset for working in and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Advanced English.
