Present products and services to clients and map their needs;
Participate in mapping and processing requests;
Conduct follow-ups with clients;
Prepare scopes for requests and lead kickoff meetings with the involved technical teams;
Provide support for commercial sales and project implementation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed);
Previous experience with processes, commercial projects, and client-facing activities—both for sales and for account management/relationship-building is desirable;
Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is essential;
Availability to travel
