About the role

  • As a Senior Manager within the Client Program Management (CPM) team, you will serve as a strategic interface between Asurion and its clients, leading cross-functional initiatives that drive client satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth.
  • This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in program management, client relationship development, and strategic execution across complex environments.
  • Program Leadership – ownership of the AT&T Mobility products; internal/external communication, program management, implementation, customer experience etc.
  • Client Relationship Management – build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for both Asurion-specific and broader strategic initiatives.
  • Champion client needs internally, driving improvements in product performance and customer experience.
  • Engagement – drive and execute engagement strategies by leading cross-functional collaboration, aligning internal stakeholders, and championing critical initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, ensuring engagement efforts are data-informed, client-aligned, and integrated into broader CPM objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – facilitate clarity and alignment across internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client commitments.
  • Influence and guide teams toward shared objectives, even in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
  • Marketing – act as the CPM lead in partnership with the Marketing team to align on shared roadmap priorities. Collaborate to integrate marketing insights into client program planning and execution, driving engagement and measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years in client account management or related client facing operational or project management experience
  • Ability to influence and build consensus cross-functionally to achieve results; strong bias for action
  • Ability to present highly complex processes at managerial client levels and internal operational meetings
  • Strong relationship management skills; proven ability to influence internal colleagues from all business functions
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex projects in a cross functional environment concurrently
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Travel 30%+ to partner sites
