- Designing and executing hiring processes that attract world-class talent
- Managing full-cycle recruiting across key roles, with a strong focus on quality over volume
- Partnering with our team to run thoughtful and efficient hiring processes
- Actively sourcing and engaging exceptional candidates, alongside managing inbound applications and referrals
- Ensuring a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer
Requirements
- 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Demonstrated experience running full-cycle recruiting processes, with a track record of strong hiring outcomes
- Experience recruiting for professional roles in fast-growing organizations (startups, scale-ups, or rapidly expanding nonprofits) or relevant peer organizations such as impact-focused foundations
- Comfort both sourcing candidates directly and managing inbound pipelines
- Experience using an ATS (Ashby experience is a strong plus) and modern sourcing tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes at once
- Ideal candidates will have existing networks in the AI safety and/or high-impact philanthropy space(s)
