About the role
- Overseeing different aspects of grant disbursement
- Assisting with hiring processes to ensure our candidates have a great experience
- Coordinating onboarding and support of employees
- Helping to identify potential efficiencies in our processes
- Supporting team events, project coordination, and emerging initiatives
- Maintaining and improving internal tools and systems
- Administering grants, until a full-time hire for grants and compliance is made
- Step in to handle unexpected needs as the organization scales
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, project management, executive assistant, or related roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience coordinating logistics, whether for hiring, events, or other complex projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with productivity and project management tools
- Swedish language skills are a nice-to-have.
